How it works
Three steps per shipment
Nominate
The client submits the shipment: deal ID, commodity, route, Incoterms and ship window. Partial details are fine to start.
Quote & book
Ballast returns an itemised quote, confirms insurance and inspection, and books capacity with partners.
Track & deliver
Milestones and documents are reported through to delivery, then the shipment is reconciled and closed.
